15. The administrative authority whose decision is contested shall, within 30 days of receipt of the copy of the introductory motion, send to the construction industry commissioner a copy of the record in its possession relating to the contested decision. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for proceedings under section 7.7 of the Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and manpower management in the construction industry (chapter R-20), that time limit is 48 hours.
